Flat Fee Uncontested Divorce

Uncontested Divorce Value

We all know that the cost of everything is skyrocketing, right?

Well, actually, no that is not right!  We have maintained (and even reduced) the cost of a flat fee uncontested divorce in Georgia.

Recently we reduced our flat fee for an uncontested divorce in many counties if no children are involved — including Metro Atlanta.  For example, our fee for an uncontested divorce in Cobb County without minor children is typically only $495.  Our typical fee for an uncontested case in Cobb County with minor children is $1,225.  The actual cost may vary a bit from case to case but these are our typical flat fees.  Our fees do not include court costs which are usually $275.

In our uncontested divorce cases, consultation and advice with and experienced Georgia divorce attorney are included at no additional cost to you.  All of that is included in our low, flat fee.  There is no “Service” fee to be paid to the Sheriff because we do not “Serve” the Defendant.  The Defendant simply signs a document making service by the Sheriff unnecessary.  That saves you at least $50.

Also, when we represent you, you do not need to come to our office.  Typically, because you have an attorney representing you with the Court, no one has to go to court to complete the case.  That not only saves you time and money but stress and aggravation.

To find out more and to start the process, just complete the Client inquiry/Intake Form.  It comes to us by secure email and your information is kept private and confidential. We will analyze your case to make sure it is a good fit for our flat fee uncontested divorce process.
